healthy avocado tortilla/flatbread

HEALTHY AVOCADO TORTILLA/FALTBREAD


INGREDIENTS

  • whole wheat flour-1 cup
  • avocado-1 mashed
  • sugar-1 teaspoon (optional)
  • oil- 1 teaspoon
  • water as needed
PREPARATION

  • Take a bowl, add a cup of whole wheat flour, the mashed avocado, 1 teaspoon of sugar.
  • add water as required to knead the dough and bring to that of a pizza dough consistency
  • now roll the dough using the rolling pin, make it like that of a tortilla or flatbread
  • cook the tortilla in a pan to light brown in color with some oil
these yummy flatbread is one of my kids favorite,as they can be eaten as finger foods and healthy too. you could also add some roasted veggie or chicken strips and eat like a taco.
