HEALTH MIX FOR TODDLERS( GLUTEN FREE, VEGAN)

if your kids are allergic to gluten, here is a simple health mix for your toddlers rich in all essential vitamins, amino acids, protein, carbs and fats.




INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup roasted whole green moong dhal
  • 1 cup sprouted and powdered finger millet( ragi) flour
  • 1/4 cup of roasted almonds - you can use any nuts of your choice, if your kid is allergic to nuts, avoid them.
METHOD

  • Dry roast all the ingredients and add it to the blender, grind it to a fine powder as shown in the above picture.
  • Store it in a air tight container or ziplock bag,this can be used upto a month.
  • This is a simple mix, packed with all essential nutrients for your toddlers growth and brain development.
  • use this mix to make porridge, pancakes, pudding and muffins.
  • To add some sweetness to your toddlers recipes you can use honey, palm jaggery, grated apple, dates, grated pear instead of sugar
