HEALTHY OATS BANANA PANCAKES high fibre breakfast recipe
Yum
This is simple, yummy breakfast favorite for kids and adults. They are fibre rich, prepared with no sugar, as the banana gives sweetness and makes them soft spongy. My toddler enjoys them and its my favorite breakfast too. Lets get started
instant oats - 1 cup
banana - 2 mashed
egg - 1
plain flour - half cup
baking powder - 1 teaspoon
buttermilk - 2 tablespoon
oil - 1 teaspoon

In a bowl, crack open one egg, beat well, add the mashed banana. Then add the oats, mix well, now add about 2 tablespoon of buttermilk. Now add the plain flour along with baking powder. Bring it to a thick batter consistency. If the batter is too thick, pour little buttermilk and adjust the consistency. Heat a griddle or frying pan, grease them with oil, and pour a ladder of the pancake batter. Cook for a minute or until you see few bubbles on top, flip and cook the other side until they turn golden brown. Serve these pancakes as it is or you can also serve with fruits or maple syrup or honey.
Note
If you dont have buttermilk handy, just use whole milk instead.
