SAVOURY OATS AND WHOLE WHEAT DOSAI / PANCAKES

Dosa is a traditional breakfast recipe served in india. This is a quick version of the dosa making with more healthier ingredients. No fermation is required, instant and quick. Just grind the oatmeal finely in a blender, to the same blender add the whole wheat flour ,a pinch of salt, a pinch of baking powder and water. Bring to that of a dosa batter consistency not too runny. Heat the dosa pan, make dosas sprinkle some oil on top. Quick instant dosa is ready to serve. Serve it with some chutney, ketchup or any of your favorite condiments.

Oats flour - 1/2 cup
whole wheat flour - 1/2 cup
salt a pinch
baking powder a pinch
finely chopped onions (optional)
water - 1 cup

YEILDS : 10 medium sized dosa
