WHAT MY TODDLER EATS IN A DAY

Meals are basically a balance of carbs, protein , fats and vitamins minerals. Every toddler is different, something that works for my kid would not work for your kids, so the basic importance dwells in making the kids understand that eating food is not a duty rather than tell them that it is a necessity, if they eat well they will be healthy and its upto them if they want to be strong or weak. 
Once they get to know the understanding, they will work on eating healthy meals.
