Healthy Nut mix powder

This is the recipe i had been doing for my kids, i try to stay away from commercial health mix or drink mix powder such as boost, complan, horlicks as they are loaded with sugar, chemicals, any commercial products fr that matter has a minimal amount of chemicals for preserving which might not be present in the label, s as a parent its our responsibility to feed kids healthy and nutritious.

For the nut mix , you will need any nuts of your choice, i prefer these
walnuts - 1 cups
badam/almonds - 1 cup
cashews - 1 cup

Dry roast them on medium heat in a wide pan. If not you can also roast them in a preheated oven for about 10 mins. Let them cool down completely and then grind them as desired, i prefer grinding them coarsely. When grinding nuts, give a pulse in the blender little by little, if you give one big pulse then nuts may clump up and might even leave oil. Even if you blend them hot the nuts will ooze oil.
