Healthy, weight gaining toddler recipe (gluten free)

- Grated apple -1 nos
- Olive oil- 1 tablespoon
- Ragi flour (finger millet flour)- 1 teaspoonful
- Wholegreen gram dhal flour- 1 teaspoonful
- Almond powder- 1 teaspoonful
Preparation
- Add the olive oil in a pan, one the oil is hot add in the grated apple
- Just sauté the apple for a minute, as it starts to leave its moisture, now add the flours such as ragiflour, whole green gram dhal flour, almond powder.
- Mix all together, add half cup of water and bring it to boil
- The mixture will thicken up after few minutes.
- Bring it to the consistency of a porridge or pudding
- If the recipe thickens up too much, you can dilute with whole milk
- You can also prepare it by substituting milk instead of water.
If you want some more sweetness apart from the apple you could also, use a teaspoon of jaggery syrup.
