EGG AND MUSHROOM KATHI ROLL/ WRAP

Use a whole wheat tortilla or the leftover roti . Here is an easiest way to make this delicious kathi roll for your breakfast. Slice some onions and mushrooms. Saute on high heat with little oil, so the veggies remain crunchy. Meanwhile, beat one egg. Grease the skillet pour the beaten egg, on top place the roti so it will stick with the egg. Flip and cook the other sides. Fill in with the sautéed onions and mushrooms with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. You can use tomato ketchup or any sauce as your dip. Nothing can go wrong with this delicious breakfast. Wrap the ends with an aluminium foil and then you are good to go as a finger food. This is perfect to do breakfast if you are in a hurry, use the leftover roti or naan for this recipe.
