QUICK AND HEALTHY BREAKFAST WRAPS OR KATHI ROLL

This is so yummy and healthy breakfast  or lunch box recipe. All that you will need will be available in your pantry.

A cooked whole wheat tortilla/flat bread/ roti - 1
beaten egg - 1
bell peppers - 1/2 cup sliced
onions - 1/2 cup sliced
ground black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
fennel powder - 1/4 teaspoon
cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
shredded cheese - to garnish
Hot and sweet sauce - 1/ 2teaspoon

Just Heat up the roti and place it in a plate, Now to a griddle or skillet grease with some oil and begin to  saute the bell peppers and onions with some salt, ground black pepper powder, cumin powder, fennel powder, just saute on high heat as we want the veggies to be crunchy. Remove them from the pan. Now beat one egg, to the same hot skillet, grease it with some oil, pour the beaten egg, sprinkle little salt and pepper. Place the heated roti on top of the uncooked egg, so once it cooks, the roti sticks to the egg, flip and cook the other side. Remove the roti, place the sautéed veggies on the side that has the egg, squeeze little hot and sour sauce on top, which is totally optional. Roll them like that of a wrap and serve hot. This is so good when you get a bite of the crunchy veggies,egg and the roti together.
